We recently worked with Thirteen Group on a short film showcasing their work placement programme, telling two real stories of people taking steps back into employment.

At its core, this film is about impact: building confidence, developing skills, and creating real opportunities.

Our role was to keep it simple and human. We combined honest interviews with natural, fly-on-the-wall moments to capture both the personal journeys and the reality of day-to-day work.

By interweaving two case studies, the film shows different routes into employment while reinforcing the wider value of the programme for both participants and employers.

It’s a short film with a clear purpose: real stories, real progress, and a genuine sense of what’s possible.
